Master of Business Administration from ESAN; Public Accountant and Graduate in Business Administration from PUCP; 45 years of experience in public and private sectors. Advisor to the Director General of Accounting (formerly Accountant General of the Nation) of the MEF in accounting policies for the public and private sectors, until the beginning of 2021.

Author of the General Business Accounting Plan used in Peru. Designed accounting policies for the non-financial government public sector and the consolidation manual for the public sector.

External consultant to the World Bank on topics of his specialty, in Peru and various Latin American countries. He is frequently invited to professional exhibitions in Peru and abroad. He has worked in auditing firms in Peru, and in administrative and financial management of national and foreign companies.

Founding Partner of Latinger Group, where he currently works.
