Juan L. Avila Macedo

Human Resources & Treasury Area

Juan has more than 40 years of experience in providing services, specialized in financial accounting, treasury and human resources issues, serving local and foreign companies. He is in charge of the Human Resources Division, an activity in which he directs a group of 2 people, as well as treasury tasks commissioned by clients. As part of his duties, he designs and executes treasury controls, contracts loans with suppliers and bank operations, and participates in due diligence work in his specialty and payroll reviews.

He has worked on the mining projects of Hampton Mining Perú S.A.C. in Moquegua, Mantaro Perú S.A.C. in Huancayo and, Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C. in Cajamarca, where he acted as Administration and Finance Manager, and Nyrstar Perú S.A.C
